Eliminate Stress Now!

Just Follow the Steps Below

“What is your number now?

“How stressed out do you feel right now?”

“If 10 is the worst it can be, how anxious are you?”

 

These are some of the question I typically ask before, during, and after a Thought Field Therapy treatment. I am tracking the progress I make in eliminating the client’s condition. What makes TFT unique and extraordinary, is that clients almost always report rapid quantum leaps in improvement. Even if the client is thinking about long-term, stubborn problems like:

 

  • Trauma & Grief
  • Stress & Anxiety
  • Anger & Rage
  • Fears, Worries & Phobias or
  • Depression & Physical Pain,

 

TFT is almost always able to eliminate, often completely, the upset. A successful treatment may only take a few minutes. Even someone who is just learning TFT can, with an experienced teacher, celebrate a minimum success rate of over 80% already during the training. However, in this article, I do not want to talk about TFT per say. Instead, I want to give you the opportunity to experience TFT right now, right here. I know that I can talk or write about this seemingly miraculous therapy until I am blue in my face; the old cynic saying, “This is too good to be true,” can be hard to ignore. Therefore, I want to offer you the chance to see for yourself and to experience this phenomenon it in your own body.

 

The following is a simplified Thought Field Therapy protocol that works about 80% of the time in eliminating stress and even anxiety. Try it right now and feel your tension melt away at your finger tips.

 

 1. Think about the stress or anxiety and rate how high it is right now if 10 is the most and 0 is no upset at all.

 2. Tap the side of hand 15 x (see diagram for the exact location of the points).

 

3. Rub the Sore Spot in a circular motion 15 x.

4. Tap under the nose 15 x.

 

5. Tap the following points 5 – 7 each time.

     Eyebrow – Eye – Arm – Collarbone

     Little Finger – Collarbone

     Index Finger – Collarbone

 

 6. Nine Gamut Sequence: Tap the gamut spot continuously while doing the following:

 

   Close the eye

   Open the eyes

   Move the eyes down and to one side

   Move the eyes down and to other side

   Roll the eyes in a circle in one direction

   Roll the eyes in a circle in the opposite direction

   Hum a tune (about five notes out loud)

   Count aloud from one to five

   Hum a tune again aloud, with mouth closed

 7. Repeat tapping all the points in Step 5.

 8. Floor to Ceiling Eye Roll: While continuously tapping the gamut spot, hold the head level. Look down to the floor and slowly, to a count of 10, roll your eyes vertically up to the ceiling.

Note your level of upset again. If it is gone, congratulations. If there is still some upset, repeat the protocol starting from Step 1.

 

NOTE: Every emotion has a different code or tapping sequence. The sequences included here in Step 5 can often successfully eliminate stress and anxiety. However, anger, guilt, shame, embarrassment, trauma, grief and depression have a different tapping sequence. Therefore, you may find that this protocol will not work, or work only partially, for these other emotions.

 

 

I recommend use this simple protocol at least once a day; more often in times of high stresses. At the end of a treatment, you will still remember the issue, but the emotional charge can be completely gone.
